Our latest addition to the exhibition by Françoise McDermott, the latest artist to join DAPht.
Her work will be on display from 5pm today.
This Saturday 21st, Strand, a Spanish musician/producer living in Brussels will be giving a free concert at the DAPht exhibition. It’s an improvised show using electric guitar and laptop.
Strand has released several records including his latest, DUB! in collaboration with Brussels based Laid Back Radio.
He’s also played festivals such as Sonar and produces multimedia shows for La Nuit Blanche.
He’ll be playing an ambient set in the gallery at 4pm.
The bar will be open between 12 and 6pm on Saturday so get there early to enjoy the new art before the music.
This Thurday, photographer Vi Proskurovska will be joining the 8 other DAPht artists for the last 2 weeks of DAPht.

What better way to celebrate the release of the Laid-back compilation “All School Flavor“… A great party in London town on May 28th organised by Mixcloud, Laid-Back and The Big Chill. With a serious line-up, not only the headliners mentioned on the posters but also some great Laid-Back deejays like Azer, Fatoosan, Mr.Critical and good local Belgian producers Dr.Kwest, Title and many others…
This goes down at The Big Chill House, and starts early (5PM) on the terrace and yes I know it’s the same day as the Champions League so I heard they will project the final on a screen…
